What We Offer

Our work finds its expression in immersive sound ceremonies, private sessions incl. different packages, bespoke events, specialized programs and recorded sound & meditation journeys. Each experience is carefully created. The sound is not random. The instruments not bought as a precomposed set. Each session is intentionally curated, intuitively co-created in response to the moment and the energy field of the space. We thoughtfully source our instruments from selected makers and gifted individuals, and weave in soundscapes recorded by ourselves in nature — from our home and journeys around the world — to create experiences that are unique, potent and deeply resonant.

All of this is held within a ceremonial framework that honours intention, preparation, and integration. Bridging artistic depth with science-informed understanding, we create spaces that support nervous system regulation, deepen inner connection, and allow for the safe exploration of expanded states of awareness.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No experience is required, and every time is a unique experience. Our bodies naturally understands sound.

Before we think, analyze, or interpret, we feel. The body is made up of vibration—cells, tissues, fluids, and nervous system activity are all in constant motion. Sound simply meets us there. It doesn’t require effort, belief, or prior knowledge. It’s received directly, through the skin, the bones, the breath, and the subtle rhythms of the body.

In a session, there is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform. You don’t need to meditate “well,” relax “properly,” or understand what’s happening. The sounds work through resonance—gently inviting the body into states of regulation, slowing brainwave activity, and creating space for the nervous system to settle.

Some people feel deep relaxation, others notice sensations, imagery, or emotional release. Some simply rest. All of it is valid. The experience meets you exactly where you are.

In this sense, sound is both deeply intuitive and universally accessible. It speaks a language the body already knows—one of rhythm, frequency, and attunement.

So whether you are new, curious, or experienced, you are already prepared.

The more you learn about and trust the power of sound, the more receptive you will be to its effects.

  • The most important thing: an open mind!

Come as you are. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing anything that helps you feel at ease — such as a water bottle, an eye mask, a shawl, an extra cushion for the head or if you have back issues. Everything else is provided.

  • Falling asleep during a sound bath is completely normal.  If you fall asleep, your body is simply receiving what it needs — sound continues to work on a deeper level. The deeply relaxing vibrations guide your brainwaves into slower, meditative states (theta or delta), making sleep a natural and beneficial response, not a sign of rudeness.

If snoring happens, we may gently bring you back with a soft touch to help you return to a quieter state — so the shared space remains comfortable for everyone.

  • While sound baths create loving, soothing vibrations, some people — especially those with sensory sensitivities, may find the intensity of the gongs overwhelming or overstimulating. You are always free to quietly step out and return once the more intense moments pass. You may also feel physical sensations, particularly in the belly, these are stuck emotions being moved by the vibrations, a part of the emotional release.

  • Pregnant women, especially in the first 3–4 months, should avoid loud sounds entirely. During pregnancy, avoid instruments placed directly on the body or near the belly. For severe physical conditions, (tumors or acute inflammations, deep vein thrombosis, open wounds, neurological condition such as epilepsy, or if you are wearing a pacemaker) please inform us beforehand so we can provide a consultation.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax — soft, loose around the belly and layers are ideal, as your body temperature may drop during the session.
